    How to Be the Captain of Asso

    My Asso currently in Gold 3 (open type). And the other players are inactive (only me used the chat bar like an idiot). My team currently on 96%. The Captain is two stars. I'm the third in the points ranks.

    Can I be the Captain someday? To replace him and kick all the inactive user.

    Or do you mind to accept me in your association? I am active player. Level 16. Last year I get 2nd League, 2nd CL, and 3rd WC trophy.
