Asso tournament points not granted

We won the last asso tournament but we did not get the 50 points as we supose to.
We got only the points from matches.

you did get the points when it says highest points total achieved, the final 50 points are not in the total but you did receive them. when you calculate back the 20% points reduction you'll arrive at the real total you finished with .

I do know the basic mathematics
We did not and i say we did not get the points.
We had 1316 points before the last tournament starts.
We won semifinals 24-9 and final with 17-17(on goals)
Now we have 1126 points. Clearly we did not get 50 points
for finishing first in tournament.
I contact support through in game message but did not get an answer yet.

Yes you did... 1316 + 24 +17 + 50 = 1407 - 20% = 1126
