Can somebody from admin advice me on what to do.
We are platinum and finished on exactly 1350pts last week. So therefore we begin on 1080pts this month (minus 20%). I know all this.

The problem is that our asso lost 9-22 today but our pts total is stuck on 1086 instead of 1089. Every pt counts.

Can you advice please ?
