By the way I contacted Support yesterday but still no reply or action from them. At the weekend we started on 1080pts (we are platinum) and in the semis we lost 9-24 and we won 21-15 for 3rd place. We therefore got 30 pts plus 10pts bonus for finishing 3rd but our asso pts total is 1117pts and it shoud be 1120pts. Would you be able to push it for me please ?
