we start new association,in associations if we get 140 point this season and 170 next season,totally 310,we will level up from bronze division 3 to 1? or just level up one by one?

you only go up one level at a time.
by the way if you finish on 140 points at the end of the season you lose 20% of your total so next season you will start with 112 points.
at the end of each season 20% of your points are deducted.
