Very Active Association Looking For A 6th Manager

Hi guys,
We created a brand new association in Bronze 3 after retiring as Captain of a Platinum Association. We've already obtained enough points to gain promotion to Bronze 2.
We are currently 5 members with :
148%
125%
124%
100%
100%
and we would like a manager to join us with an overal team quality of around 110% to even up the balance. Someone who is very active everyday and maintain training to 40% each day and can be present on matchdays at the weekend.
