As a result always all people for fans and bonus.

I guess he/she has to login in all teams and join the matches.

I doubt it, i've seen many associations where one manager controls multiple accounts.

I don't think it's an advantage to control that many in one assoc either. Sometimes an in-match adjustment is needed and if controlling 6 accounts, SoloTurk wont be able to react well to in-match tactical changes. For example, Soloturk will be managing account #3 when the opponent of SoloTurk account #2 makes a change.
