matter of interest how do you ascertain time wasters. Asking purely for learning, as we are looking for a manager too.
So far we have had friends and recommendations but now we are opening a slot up.
Obviously they need to apply on the game, we all then discuss whether we think they will be a good addition.....
But interested to know how you or other teams do it....if there are any tell tale signs to look out for etc
