Hi all. I am the recently retired captain of platinum asso Blue Union #Y84LB5. Helping the new captain and my good friend Ian recruit my replacement. 1 space left but may be an additional space or 2 to follow pending further retirements. Good chance of retaining platinum with the right new members.

What qualities are needed for the remaining members;

Able to speak English fluently. Chatty and fun members.

Currently 8pm UK time home game but I guess you can debate if you want to change this.

Maintain 40% training bonuses and active daily.

Win their own league most of the time and some cups/cl to demonstrate they are good managers tactically.

No tankers. No superpowered teams. Ideal is well trained players with team rating no lower than 80% day 1 of season and no higher than say 125% by day 28 of a season. No point getting asso draws v superpowered tankers.

a new space has opened up, we stayed in platinum for this season and finished 1st this weekend, but one member suddenly left tonight, only difference from original post is home legs are now 2pm uk time
