Looking for an association.

Hello everyone, I'm from Germany. I'm very active and have been playing this game since 2013. I'm taking championships back to back and I'm 23 level. I would like to join any association, I don't care about its level as soon as it is silver 1+. Feel free to share your replies.

We promoted every year & will be in Gold 2 next year. We are looking for
- a prize winning team, avarage 100% or higher
- training your team 40% and training others
- attending most of the association matches
