Who TF would want him ? lol adding a FULL star to your asso rating giving the rest of us much tougher opponents. May be a treble winner in League cup etc but in asso would be a disaster

Its Good to have a strong team. Facing strong opponents comes with being strong yourself. No problem

take him on lol you'll see your asso shoot up to 7* from 6* and every single one of your managers will face opponents 20% stronger. you'll soon boot him out once you twig on

I can understand what Richie72 is saying and he is right to a point. If a 6 star team takes on a 7 star player then the average star of their opponents will rise because thats what the match engine will look for , it will average out the stars in your team across the number of members which means the weaker members of your Asso will be constantly outmatched , maybe not by the whole star 20% as Richie72 claims but there will be an elevation. It is something to remember when joining/recruiting Asso squads , how much benefit/damage will there be adding a manager such as this. No doubt he is a good quality manager in a single sense , no doubt there ,but added into a mixture the results can be not as you would like.

It must be remembered as well that there are 2 types of managers and Asso outlooks in this game , those who play to the best of their ability and those that look to exploit weaknesses in the system. The second type like to minimize star rating for Asso purposes and so gain an advantage in experience against much less experienced managers. It is a successful way of gathering materials such as tokens , greens etc and so some managers do it at the expense of personal team honours in League play where they only have to finish top 8 to collect the Asso bounty.

Yeah I see your point in what you are writing. For me personally it does not matter if the opponents gets tougher as my team is 109% and almost full of mutants, but for the "normal" teams in the association this could be a disaster.

I would like to thank you for the appropriate way of making the point clear.
