joinng an asso from level 1

is it true that invited you can join an asso from level 1 ? (i doubt it but someone said it is true)

Here the discussion... and reading it honestly Ive not clear if it means Level 4 as manager or level 4 in training...

it's a lvl 1 team I have just started cos sick of being near top of server. i just checked and it says Club Level 4 and it's a standard page. No list of assos to join. Apparently though I did hear that if I was invited I would be able to join.

UPDATE : it works without invite. I just clicked another managers team profile who is in an asso, i clicked the asso link and bingo i joined straight away so level 1 does work. it doesn't work by invite as i asked someone to send me one and the invite did not appear, so this seems the way to do it
