Ambitious Association From Top Two Divisions Wanted

I came back to the game in 3rd week of last season. I am currently looking for an association from the top two divisions. The association should be serious enough (active members, training, discussions and so on); it should be ambitious.

My team is currently on the rebuilding process. I already bought 210 tokens this season to help in rebuilding the squad. I play for fun but with seriousness. So, I expect my association mates to not takes things very lightly. My team quality will probably be in the 90-110% area. I am open to learn new things.
