I am looking for a platinum active association (in Gold tier 1 last year , retained the Gold tier)

Start with 90 to 95 every season (right now already at 101)
Plann to finish between 120 to 125
No tanking
High developed fast trainers (with high white skills) for more than 50% of my starters.
