Looking for Plat/Diamond association

Manager level 36, 3x multiplier, currently 103% team average. I will build my team to a 110-120% avg (or lower, if you want a lower association average), with attackers at 140%+ and white skills above 200% on my fast trainers.
I'm very active and I love to discuss tactics in chat. You can count on me being present at 95% of the games (please let me know when your home game time is). 4x10% training bonuses are a given (+2% from the current special sponsor).
I play the formations: 4-5v-1, 4-2-3-1 and 3-1-2-3-1, depending on whether DMC/AMC are needed against the opposing formation.
