replace absent player

We have a player, captain, who isnt responding to any of our group, and also doesn't look like he is interested anymore. We need to replace him very soon, how do we do this

Submit a ticket to Support with screenshots showing no response from your Captain. After a set time someone else in your Association can be made Captain instead.
