I think we need a change in Associations for those players at the top of the servers.

When you reach these levels you are placed In leagues with the real top players, often sides are way better than you. Regardless of what you do you can not compete.

Because of this you often finish outside of the top 8. Even if you attend every game and try your best this happens.

Whilst we accept this as players, the difficult part to accept is the affect it has on your Association. You will regularly be only able to achieve x1 and occasional even unable to achieve this because of the strength of the leagues.

I therefore suggest that when side's reach level 100 plus their Association rating never falls below x1. This will encourage long standing players to remain and ensure that their Associations don't lose out after the unfairness of league drawers due to server levelling.
