My player's nationality and contract duration has been automatically changed

At the beginning my team's nationality is all Italian, including the most quality player namely Diego Filippini (AML/ML) as he is the first one who has got 5 stars. After 1st season i renewed the contract duration with him as 3 years left (now i am playing in the 2nd season)

2 days ago i have found that his nationality was changed to Paraguayan and the contract duration is just 2 years now. From then his traning speed seems to be lower. :confused:

I used to set him as the captain but now due to his new nationality, the captain order has to be set to another one who is Italian :(

Additionally, other player namely Matteo Palazzo whose contract was renewed on the same day with Diego Filippini, until now his contract duration is still 3 years.
