Hello Guys

I need your help. I got a new smartphone yesterday, old one is completely broken.
Now I want to take my T11 account to my new phone. I only played on phone, never
via Facebook. Is this possible or is my old account gone?

You need to have your team backed up on fb if you want to change phones or else you loose it ...

normally when you have a new phone, you open facebook, login and then open t11 app and login with faacebook.

try to clear cache and data in your app settings (from topeleven app)
