Bug at the reward system

Hello Top Eleven. I have a big problem concerning a bug to the reward system after completing the tasks. I've invited more than 15 friends and the reward system blocked at 8 friends invited so i couldn't get my 3 TOKENS reward. I've submited tons of reports of the bug at nordeus but no one helped me and past 3 weeks since then. My Network ID is 100002099943602. Thank you and please help me.

Here no one can help you with that problem, only support have the access to your account and can see what happened. And avoid publish your personal information in forum (or any other place) like your ID.

I'm waiting for 8 days now and still no answer... Shame for Top Eleven for that disrespectful attitude against the players who donated real money for a game.
