Frequently unable to connect to server

Hi,

For the past few days I have been regularly encountering the same problem. i.e. unable to connect to server. It takes a long time to connect and most of the time, it does not connect. (please see attachment).

I'm from Malaysia and this has affected my preparation towards my team as I'm unable to connect to the server.

I hope you can get it fixed or get back to me asap as to why this is occurring frequently.
