Stopping synchronisation with Facebook

Hey guys, I've got a question and I hope you can help me..

I once did a login with my top eleven app of my phone on facebook. But i would like to play Top Eleven only on my phone, instead of also having the app on my facebook account. So can i delete the app on my facebook account without having to fear that my Team on my Top Eleven app on my phone will be deleted also?
