trouble with special abilities

Hi all!
For some reason I can't seem to learn a new special ability?? I have enough 'cones' but it always says that my connection has closed and won't do it. Can anybody help?

I had same when I wanted to learn a SA, after I gived him few points, sometimes I got same error like you and I had training point/s. Just try it more times, for me worked after 2,3 reloads.
