can i play with my team if i reinstall app on android?

i play game on my android phone directly ussing the app not through facebook. game seems to have crushed. when i open app it gives me message "application has stopped unexpectedly..." even when i am online. if i uninstall and reinstall game, will i be able to play with the team i have created? if i can, will it find my profile automatically or do i need to do smth?

well i tried it myself since i got no quick replies. and yes, u can uninstall and reinstall app and your team is still there! seems necessary info is saved on phones memory.
