always got higher level team in CUP Match than mine. frustrating, fix it!!!!!!!!!!!

i am in level 3 and i always got higher level player of 4 in my CUP Match. being in level 3 my team is 25 rating and i have to compete with level 4 team with rating 31.5 which is frustrating and fair.
i think when we are in level 3 we should compete with level 3 not higher level. anyone can win the match with lower level.
please fix this issue.

It's based (allegedly) on the strength of your best 14 players .. you can also say it's not fair that people with a lower rating than yours have to play you?

In every cup competition in the world, teams of different levels play each other. Nothing wrong with it.

This is the new system, and it sucks less than the old system (according to many experienced players) so I'm afraid we just have to deal with it.
It's not 'fair', but it's not broken.

que l on joue contre des niveaux plus fort n est pas tellement le probleme , c est le jeu et j ai deja battu des niveaux supérieurs.Le probleme, c est ceux qui monte leur equipe avec la carte bancaire , ils ont des niveaux imbattables,Jai perdu aujourd hui contre 1 grec , c est la crise monsieur mais ca l empeche pas de monter 1 grosse équipe avec de l argent.Moi je pense qu il faudrait laisser entre eux ceux qui font leur équipes avec la carte bancaire ,
