Bought 500 tokens. Didn't add my total tokens and it shows -193tokens...

hi admin,
i just bought tokens for 50$ (i don't know exact value in british sterling pounds) abt 1hr ago and it shows 500 tokens plus my remaining tokens(20).. . and right now, my profile shows -193 tokens and just before that happens, my account was temporarily blocked and answered the security questions and changed passwords. plz help me solve my problem. i used to log in topeleven with both from pc and my iPhone..Thanks alot admin...
