Cannot log in to Top Eleven via computer

i have been trying to log in to top eleven website through computer these few days but i keep getting this error.

I can't open and login on to Top Eleven - Be a Football (Soccer) Manager site. this site can't connect to my facebook and all panel can't click. this problem from two days a go I have. what wrong with that problem?
