I have been using top eleven on my phone for about a month. Now that I have signed in using facebook I can only log in that way. When I click 'let me play' it tries to get me to set up a new profile. I don't want top eleven on my facebook but I still want my team on my phone, is there anything I can do?

If I remove top eleven from my facebook and then click 'let me play' it still wants me to set up a new team, can I only now play via facebook?
