    I did not get tokens

    Hi,
    I sent sms to get a chip and did not get, but the money lost that were sent were from Lithuania, I wrote to Support but no one has a few days is not responsible.

    Is not always instant so it can take sometime but it can be a bug too. Write them a mail again :P

    hmm .. Now I'm waiting until I get my answer or add tokens do not know if someone else is using it in my own sms messages but I did not get to have, and I hope the administration will help me to solve this problem.

    why my administration posts on TOKENS, are ignored? Maybe they can communicate privately here since a week like no undiscovered, and the money be lost.

    Does that apply to the EU support 11 days since I submitted the ticket, answered in part after three days, asked again for more details on the same ticket now 8 days no reply.
