I have problem with the prize money

I win the match in preliminary CUP but i receive 335k,

I don't receive the prize win match CUP 608K


can U help me the problem??

you are supposed to get only one prize based on the game played. I think your other reward you are referring to might be to win the final game (although the difference is not large enough so i'm not sure what you mean). So far, you should have gotten two rewards for each preliminary match played. If you advanced, you will get at least two more reward for each qualification match.

what i mean, each macth in cup n champion if win i will get a reward beside reward a prize match. but now i win a match no get a reward if i win the match.. Because i seem to remember was like that

you get the same reward whether you win or lose a match. The way you make more money is by advancing to the next round and earning two more games which will give you money.
