New Phone - Free tapjoy tokens dont work - Please Help

I recenlty changed my phone from Iphone 3GS to iphone 4. However since doing this i can no longer get free tokens via tapjoy. The facility is available, buit when i click on the earn button and install and run the relevant app i get nothing.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling facebook and tapjoy but still no luck, Can anyone help me with this please? couldn't have happened at a worse time as I have no tokens to bid on players

I have the same problem and i want a solution. Otherwise topeleven is going to the bin. :-(
