    She took my money with a cell phone and did not get tokens

    What is this!? I sent a message of BiH (1,50 km = 5 tokens (with VAT)) I sent and took me from the account, and this message:

    Sorry, this service is not found on Fortum. Service is still not active or have made spelling mistake.

    I want tokens or account, what is this dude?

    I know for it, but when i went that register account for me, it search my twitter and i not have twitter account. What now?
