Why my token is gone?????

Hello top eleven!
i have a problem about my token!. I was buyed 500token via visa credit card's my friend on 3 days ago! Before buyed 500token i have 16token, then my total is 516token.
i had buyed green money ( $ ) ingame, 18M = 85 token, but in 10 h PM on monday i see on my token is -69 token? o.O Please tell me why? Why my token is gone ? I have screenshot here:

Well, it did say your money was refunded... So you got your money back and the tokens you bought were taken back as well. You have negative tokens because you spent some and the tokens were taken back
