    I've decided to continue this thread...

    My problem with connection is repeating from time to time. It came with communicate: "Connection failure. Please try to load game again" - I don't know how exactly it looks in english, because i'am playing polish language version.

    Did you try with an other browser you still have this problem and you did like they said in first comments.

    i think cata found your problem , when i started to play i was using only Internet explorer via facebook , after getting some problems like yours i changed browser and using direct website of nordeus (Play Now - Top Eleven be a Football Manager...)
    No offence but Google Crome works very fine with the game and flash/java scripts !
