but is there no way i can have this team back without facebook now?

what would happen if i created new team and logged them in with facebook ?

You need to keep that facebook active to keep that team, every facebook account is linked to a team, so if you wanted a new team, you just create new facebook account and login through that and use that facebook account for that team etc, there's effectively no limit of how many team's you can create.
