i was playing the game on my Iphone logged into through facebook then i deleted my facebook account when i went onto the app again on my phone its making me create a new team!

how can i get it back?

You need to undelete that facebook account because that is what your team is linked too, sign out of team on phone and login with that facebook account from there.

what would happen if i created new team and logged them in with facebook ?

You need to keep that facebook active to keep that team, every facebook account is linked to a team, so if you wanted a new team, you just create new facebook account and login through that and use that facebook account for that team etc, there's effectively no limit of how many team's you can create.
