I think you will need to have two separate Facebook accounts. Make sure you log-in with the fb account you want to use to access the correct team. If you use your mobile to play, if you don't logout of Top Eleven you will continue to play the same team. You need to logout of Top Eleven after playing with team A, logout of Team A Facebook account, login to FB with team B account, then login to TE with Team B
