    Pissed off

    Sent you guys a ticket 2 days ago now! I have not recieved a single gift since I started this game!!!

    There is no way for me to rectify this, so can one of you please pull you're finger out!!!

    The usual response time for tickets is two work days. Our Support team does not work on the weekends, so if you sent a reply on Saturday, it will likely still need time until our team gets to it.

    Well, it was now 3 days ago. I have even stated what my issue is here. You are an admin an haven't chased this up atall.

    Considering it's the only issue I have with the game. I have not received a single gift since I started this game!

    Surely someone can rectify this quite promptly!
