Failed to recieve rewards after results.

Hi,

My team palyed a match and resulted in a 1:1 draw, yet the blue box(morale) for draw was refused somehow.
I was wondering if I could recieve the consolation prize for this loss my team had to take.
I as a manager believe my players performed worse after this incident happened ;D
