How to reject pending transfer offers?

How do you reject pending transfer offers for your best players? You only find out your player is being targeted when you allocate their training points. Also, what happens to those points when you log off. I find when I log back on later they have disappeared. btw i am using iPad.

in the squad menu (general view) you will see a "handshake" icon relating to the player (it will be in the "transfer" section 6th column in) click on it and a new window comes up there you will be able to set price and tokens accept or reject

Has there been a new update then? Because i dont have that icon and i dont have the 6th 'Transfer' tab, yet i have a player with a pending transfer? Confused.com. (Im using T11 on my iPhone)
