I haven't been able to sign in for about 7 hours now. Emptied the cache and that doesn't work. I get the same picture as you. It's so annoying.
try clearing any saved data in Flash, all cookies in browser, close browser & restart computer sometimes that's it

I use 3 browser ( IE ,Firefox and Opera ) in 2 computer . have same problem, so clean cache and restart not work.
If you have tried clearing cache, cookies, Flash data and restarted and still no joy, try changing the local saved data in Flash to unlimited for T11, if that doesn't work contact support:

OK , I know about problem.
Some problem from internet provider (3bb). some IP can not connect to server. so, I reset router for change IP address and it's work.
