I cant connect to top eleven

Hi , I have a problem, I cant connet to top eleven 2 days because of problem with connect to server(it says to me), but my Internet connection is good, and others sites is OK

- Clear the cache of your Internet browser (ensure you are running the latest version of your browser)
- Update your version of Adobe Flash Player and clear Flash cache;
- Try playing on a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer;
- Try in another PC.
