Notification Buttons blocked

As the title says, my notifications buttons are blocked. I mean it is off and can't turn them on.
Can someone please help me?

Im sorry I dont understand what you are asking about.

I guess he is talking about the app for phones. There's a panel to set notifications for match starts and such.

Well my case is the same. Its greyed out. And so cannot turn them on.

My friend also had the same thing but it became accessible once he updated the app. But i don't know for some reason even after i updated mine's off.

Did you check in settings > app settings > for T11 you can clear data and cache there too.

I tried that too. But still the problem persists.

Well, to try to see what that was, I opened the updated newest version of game on my (I admit it, OLD and indestructible perfect test bed) phone (after having cleared data and cache).

Strangely enough, when I opened it, it didn't know my team anymore. I had to enter name & password. Huh.

But the notifications buttons all joy for me, so I do not know what to say. The only other thing to try is kill the app completely and re-install. If THAT doesn't work, you'll need to ask Nordeus Support or possibly someone else know a trick?

Anyway it does not matter much. I prefer playing on the pc. Only grudge that i have to set reminders all the time.

I think it is because you had moved the app to external storage. I had the same problem before then i moved the app to internal storage and its working.
