IPhone works, Android does not

Can't login with my account on Android. It works fine on iPhone. A f iends account worked on my android but mine does not. How weird can it be?
Need help. Thanks.

Note: your ticket system (nordeus) it's with my case for 2 weeks now and no fix. For a player who spends money is not good at all...
