Besmir, consider selling a couple players that are broken, I wound up doing that a lot in my first few seasons until I got my nicer pitch built.
Make sure that they are as close to 100 percent condition before matches, whenever possible. Train individually rather than whole team, so that no one gets too tired. (I mean look at their condition percent and adjust their training to hit optimal tiredness, which is, they will gain back to 99 right before match time) Arrows on players wear them out faster (as does pressing whole pitch.)
