Facebook is showing me a different team to what am using with also a diffrnt national

I have been playing T11 to level 2 without connecting it with Facebook, but now I want to connect it and its showing me a different team in my Facebook account, and also showing my nationality as a Nigerien rather than Nigerian? I have tried removing the one on Facebook so I can use the team am used to, but anytime I want to connect with it, it keeps loading for a while and finally tells me I have a team already on Facebook, this is really killing me considering the fact that I have the like of messi and henrik Larson in this team. Thank you
