Possession

don't know if it happened to others but during a cup match against a level 3 opponent (I'm level 11) ,I was dominating possession 80-20 for the first 60 mins but suddenly that team dominated (80-20) the possession for the remaining time and the average possession became 61-39 .Also this happened in other cup matches just an hour before mine...
though it didn't affect the final result, I want to know if this might happen in the league because it could affect my result there...

Did you made any changes before minute 60 or did you got red card/injured player.

Sounds like you had a legal formation for 60 minutes while his was illegal, then suddenly he had a legal one and yours was illegal. Or maybe you just dominated him 80-20 and then your formation became illegal.

one player got injured but I made the required change and changed the formation from a 4-4-1-1 to a 4-2-3-1 and no one got red carded.
so did that affect the possession change??

4 defenders like dl-dc-dc-dr, this is ok

It'll be easier if you can show us the formations you used throughout the match, but if you mean a normal 4-4-1-1 and 4-2-3-1, then there should be no problem.
