i cant look Videos to get Rest or others because there will start the same Video all the time, and this Video is blocked in Germany.

If it's blocked in Germany, then it's blocked in Germany. That's not a bug.

I think its buggy for a Game if you cant use all features in all Countrys. That must be fixt.

That's not a bug, video offers are blocked in my country too. I can watch the video but not able to claim Tokens.
No, it shouldn't. I understand what you mean but it's different for all countries. Let's say for example a music video can't be viewed in one country for copyright reasons, then it will be blocked in that country.
