inviteted friend is not connected to my account!

I invited a friend of me to play top eleven. He installed the game at his handy, he plays, but im not connected to him in 'invited friend' and i dont get tokens from his advances.
Theres no help/support button that works, so i hope to find help here in forum.
If u know any issue, plz tell it to me!

my friend is logged in with facebook, i see him in friendlist, but dont get any tokens for his actions. this suxxs...
i was happy when i saw rewards for an invited friend, but now i get nothing...

Did he start the game from the link you sent him? This is the only way that works, if he had already installed the game, it doesn't count.

no, he hadnt install the game before on handy. but i dont know if he really click at my link or just install it from playstore. but i invited him and he installed the game.

He has to have joined from what you sent to be connected to you for that, I believe. I know that it does work (I was invited into game, my friend gets tokens for achievements, and I have invited people.)
