How do I take off my old team that I first started playing with and add my new team to my Facebook account?

It doesn't work that way. The team is tied to the method you started it, that is to say, the phone # or Facebook account, you have to not play it for 70 (I think correct me someone if my brain got that wrong) days, and then you can start a new team on your Facebook account.
